World high jump champions are heading to Hustopeče

For the twenty-fourth time, the world's best high jump competitors will come to Hustopeče for the local international meeting Hustopečské Skákání Agrotec 2024. This year, the organizers have moved the date of the competition a full week later, and believe that the competitors will be in fine-tuned form before the indoor peak of the season, which is the World Championships in Glasgow, Scotland. The excellent jumping surface in the Municipal Hall in Hustopeče and the great spectators will witness the competition, which has been included in the World Indoor Tour series as a silver event this year. This is the highest possible award for specialized athletic events in the world. The start list is already full of resounding athletic names that spectators know from the top athletic events around the world. The organisers have unveiled the first eight athletes in both elite categories. In Hustopeče everything is ready for a great athletic show. The organizers have once again announced the women's competition as the Milena Rezkova-Hübner Memorial in honour of our Olympic high jump champion from Mexico 1968.
